This site is operated by Khandare Realtors ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your preferred site-visit slot, or the configuration you are interested in
• Your consent to be contacted, and the date and time you gave it

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, financial information, identity-document numbers, or payment details through this site.

What we collect automatically

Like most websites, this one uses analytics and advertising tools that set cookies or similar identifiers — Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. These record things like the pages you viewed, roughly where you are, what device you used, and which advertisement brought you here. They do not tell us your name.

You can block these through your browser settings or your device's ad-tracking controls. The site works normally if you do.

Why we use it

• To call, message or email you about this project, because you asked us to
• To send you the brochure, price sheet or floor plans you requested
• To arrange and confirm a site visit
• To measure which advertisements bring genuine enquiries

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the developer's sales team where that is necessary to register your visit or your interest, and with the service providers who run our CRM, email and messaging tools on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you about a property, and for up to 24 months afterwards. After that we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.

Your choices

You can, at any time, ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your details
• Stop contacting you

Send us a request through the enquiry form on this site and we will respond within 30 days.

Consent given on this site to be contacted by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp applies to this project enquiry. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us, and we will stop.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we restrict access to enquiry records to the people who need them to respond to you.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
